9 am - 10:30 am - Morning Mantra Session & Water Blessing - Energize your body, create new neural pathways, clear blockages and begin to awaken divine wisdom within with pranayama, mantra chanting and a water blessing for yourself and the space. Mantra allows us to change the quality of our brain, our mind, our life. When we chant together, we create a heart - brain coherence and amplify one another's frequency. We calm the mind, go into brain waves states of theta and gamma, build the pre frontal cortex and come into a state of bliss. We are able to connect to Source and begin to understand the divine workings of the universe and importantly change our own inner quality and the quality of our entire lives. (Open To All - No Children Under 16)​

11:30 am - 1:00 pm: Saundarya: Goddess Temple Body Activation - Step into the sacred world of Temple Dance & Feminine Form Yoga Asana. Drawing from the ancient temple dance tradition of Odissi as well as traditional Yoga practices, we merge movement, devotion & surrender to become an embodied prayer. This practice is a sadhana, a spiritual offering, that aligns body, mind and spirit and expresses graceful yet powerful movements that help awaken Shakti within. The spiritual essence of this practice is of dance as an offering at the feet of the Divine.  (Women Only)​

2 pm - 3 pm : Sonic Alchemy Sound Healing Session  - Sound is the essence of creation, it is one of the most powerful healing modalities we have access to that has the ability to heal and altar us on a cellular level. Join us for a very powerful and relaxing Sound Bath Meditation where you are bathed in sacred sounds from crystal bowls, native instruments, chimes, mantra and affirmations. Led by Solé and supported by international recording artist Shae Jones & Professor Griff. (Open To All - No Children Under 16)​

3 pm - 5 pm : Open House (Drop in any time between 3-5pm to what we have begun doing in the space and learn more about the Goddess Temple of Love - no classes will be going on at this time - Free and Open to All (donations welcome) but you must register

​5pm - 6 pm : Soul Ohm Listening Party ​- Soul Ohm Collective is a powerful five-piece ensemble channeling sound as medicine through soulful vibrations and harmonic God frequency resonance. Their music is a spiritual journey—melodic, rhythmic, and deeply intentional. Rasheeda Ali breathes life into every note with her transcendental flute, Jay B anchors the rhythm with his dynamic drumming, and Professor Griff infuses depth through conscious percussive energy. Entrfied crafts atmospheric layers on the keys, while Ashia Karana commands the mic as the emcee and singer, weaving affirmations and purpose into every performance. Together, they create a sacred soundscape that elevates and heals. (Open To All)

7 pm - 8:30 pm : Full Moon Laghu Homa Viddhi (Fire Ritual): - The purpose of a homa is to cleanse your body and with the help of the mantras (pertaining to the particular dévatā) attain specific benefits. According to my guru, "Lord Agni (the fire) acts as a swift messenger, who carries our wishes directly to the dévas of the dévaloka. The body is not merely cleansed physically (by the smoke inhaled, that is infused with auspicious herbs with multiple benefits), it is also astrally purified/re-energized and strengthened with the chanting that we hear simultaneously whilst witnessing the blazing fire." Witness and participate in a Maha Ganapati Fire Ritual to assist with the removal of blockages and obstacles, cultivating physical and spiritual strength, determination, stability, security, and a powerful sense of abundance, all of which propel us further on our path. (Open To All - No Children Under 16​) 

 

*Limited Number of Massage Therapy Appts Available Throughout the Day Beginning at 8am.  Book one of our available appointments for a soothing, one hour full body massage by our massage therapist. Touch is absolutely crucial to our well being. Not only does it help build trust, communicate love, strengthen bonds, heal, calm, quell violence, lower blood pressure, reduce stress, improve immune function and more, it is indeed central to our experience as divine beings having a human experience. Touch impacts us on every level… physical, mental, spiritual and emotional. There is no substitute for touch and it is a most powerful, healing balm with massive benefits for all of humanity. Book one of the limited appts we have available during the day. (Shower available if needed, please arrive 15 min before your appt time, make up free)

*For our Open House, we recommend that women wear red or white and men wear white (This is optional but highly recommended)

Minimum donation amounts required for each class offering and you may of course choose to offer more. All donations will go towards continued improvement work and maintenance of the temple space and grounds as well as our ability to begin offering monthly community offerings. There is no donation required to attend the Open House portion where you may just stop in to see the space, but donations are greatly welcomed.
