Join us for a most sacred and blessed devotional journey and exploration of the Dasa Mahavidyas during our Tantric Yogini Yoga Sadhana which will be offered over the most auspicious time of Sharad Navaratri which is a millennia old, 9 night festival (also referred to as Durga Puja) that is celebrated all over the Hindu world, where people of all religious and spiritual backgrounds join in.  

Dasa Mahavidya means “Ten Great Wisdoms" or "Ten Great Knowledges”. These Ten Tantric Wisdom Forms of the Goddess  represent various aspects of the Divine Mother and a specific approach to Self Realization/Realization of the Oneness of Being. They reveal our own inner workings and the inner workings of the universe, challenging us to look deeper than the the superficial, the transient. Through the grace of the Divine Mother, we will humbly take a beautiful and creative devotional approach to exploring each of these aspects of Her with the intention of becoming aware of them on the inside of us through the Tantra Yoga practices of Mantra, Yantra, Mudra, Asana, Meditation & Pranayama as well as Poetry, Music, Dance and Journaling.

Tantra is very misunderstood and perverted in the Western context with the view that it is a solely a set of sexual practices or another distorted view that it is just black magic and both of these views are not accurate. On the first live call of this devotional journey, we will explore what Traditional Tantra is and what it is not, have an introduction of the Dasa Mahavidyas, as well as learn a simple way you can celebrate Navaratri each evening on your own. Each subsequent day will be dedicated to Yogic, Tantric and Devotional practices, to feel into the energy of and honor each of the Dasa Mahavidyas.
